One of a kind hand-carved faceted hardwood box, featuring intentional, visible linear markings left on the surface by the hand tools of the maker.
This box is a fine example of craftsmanship and attention to detail, with the hours of work evident from the considered, thoughtful finish. The inner closure mechanism is carved from the same block of wood to align the upper and lower sections perfectly, as shown in the images. The interior of the box features two carved compartments with the same attention to detail, honouring the natural grain and tones of the wood.
