Indigo textiles are a staple of Mano’s collections - revered for their deep pigmented tones that no artificial dye colour can achieve. These larger textile pieces are sourced gradually, each one carefully selected for it’s unique colourings, markings and stitch detailing. Crafted by artisans in Africa, with most pieces deriving from West Africa, we think they’re the perfect injection of vibrant colour and depth within a space.
This piece in particular was sourced in Paris and is an incredibly unique assortment of tones. This would look incredible stretched as an artwork, upholstered onto a headboard or simply as a textile throw.
Please note, as each textile piece is dyed and stitched by hand, and aged with use and time, there may be slight irregularities to the piece - we believe that this is what creates the charm and magic.
